We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you enter in the Family Tracker app, along with the GPS coordinates of your mobile device, it's model, version of the operating system and in the case of Android a unique hardware number (IMEI number if available, otherwise the device's serial number). The hardware number is solely used to distinguish between multiple devices owned by the same user. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to allow the users whom you have previously authorized to track you to see your mobile device's location. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.
We will only contact you via email in case there are technical difficulties with your app to inform you of the problem and to help you solve it. We will not send you spam or any other unsolicited emails.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
